DESCRIPTION:

Female Flatmates needed in A luxurious semi-furnished 3BHK in Brookefield. I am looking for 2 female flatmates to rent out the remaining 2 bedrooms. 

Details are given below:

Apartment/location: Akme Encore, Kundalhalli road, Brookefield. 

•The location is top notch, conveniently located with easy access to public transport, shops, and all necessities. 

•The society too offers all sorts of amenities like pool, gym, convenience store etc. 

Bedrooms: 

•1 bedroom with attached washroom, 2nd bedroom is with designated washroom. 

•Both bedrooms have vast wooden wardrobes, one of the bedrooms has AC included

•The apartment also has a servant quarter with a washroom (not relevant but just to emphasise how big of a flat it is:P)

Rent:  INR 23,500 per person (this is including maintenance which is INR 9000)

Security deposit: 1 lac per person (3 lacs divided amongst 3 people)

Looking for: 

•Super chill and easygoing females who are respectful of each other's privacy and space.

•Whether you are a smoker or a non-smoker, it's all good.

•We are a vegetarian-friendly household (you can get non-veg from outside though)

Move-in date: November
