Replacement needed for a person to move into my room in a 3 BHK flat in Innovative Oak Garden. (Phase 2, Room No. 306)
Details:
The room is fully furnished with a table, an office chair, and a bed mattress. There are 2 more flatmates residing here. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the required equipments. There is a bathroom which has to be shared along with one other flatmate. (There are 2 bathrooms only. One bathroom is attached to the other flatmate's room while the other one is common for the other two.). We also have a cook in place for food.
RENT:
Rent(monthly): 13.5k +2k(for the cook) + 1.4k (monthly maintenance charges for the flat).
Security deposit and other payments: 56k (security deposit) + 20k (chair (wakefit)(5k) + table(5k) + mattress (wakefit) 10k.)
The chair, table and the mattress are in good condition. The above price is non-negotiable.
The amount for the kitchen set-up and washing machine rent adds up to 12-15k.
