I am a working professional looking for a female flatmate with vegetarian diet, non-smoker to occupy 1 room of a 2BHK flat in a gated appartment from 1st April 2025.

Location: Saroj Meadows, 9th cross, Munnekolala, Marathahalli

The flat is fully furnished with sofa set,dinning table, refrigerator, washing machine and water purifier. The flat is well ventilated and also has a common balcony with a separate utility area.We have our own dedicated parking space for 2/4 wheeler.

The room comes with a queen sized bed, mattress, study table, cupboards, attached washroom and gyser.

The apartment has security and power backup.

Looking for a chilled out, responsible flatmate who is willing to share the space with me.

Expenses:

Rent- 43000/2 per person

Deposit- 75,000 (your share)

One time setup cost -2000(common essentials)

Cook and maid- 5000/2

Shared cost of water, electricity (depending upon usage)
